Mr Mustufa Ahmed is a postgraduate in Urban Planning (Specialization in Housing) from the C.E.P.T. University with a bachelor degree in Architecture from Pune University, and did certification course in Project finance from Indian institute for Finance Management & research in collaboration with IIBF.

He has rich academic experience of around 7 years and played various roles in academics as Juror, Mentor, Teacher and have taught Architectural Design, Building Technology, Town Planning, Urban Design, Interiors, Architectural Documentation and Professional practice as subjects

He has Rich consulting experience of more than 14 years, working for Indian national level organizations (Ministry of Tourism, Controller of Aid, Accounts and Audits (CAAA) Ministry of Finance), Special Area development Authorities, private and public enterprises, urban local bodies (Municipal Corporations and State development Authorities), Regional offices of Ministry of Tourism Development, City development authorities, Agencies and international donors such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank(ADB) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

He has exclusively worked & Lead the Urban Infrastructure projects in Private & the Government sector (both at the State and at the national level). He has been instrumental in handling Key projects in Urban Infrastructure development, Tourism, Real estate, Urban planning, VDP’s , CDP’s, implementation of green field city His Key expertise is Urban Planning, Architecture, Interiors Housing, Urban Infrastructure, Project Management, Project Finance, Bid process Management (Procurements), PPP project Structuring, Programme Management, Capacity Building in Urban programmes. He has been involved thoroughly in leading project formulation, implementation and monitoring of Urban Infrastructure & Transportation project activities. He has represented India in the International Workshop for Sustainable Architecture at Reunion Island in May 2004. His work has been published in Architecture + Design (August 2005 Issue). He has completed a paper on Conservation and Tourism Development: Case of Ajanta & Ellora (First comprehensive Tourism destination development project in India). He has participated in the International conference on Heritage & Tourism in Guangzhou, China to present his paper.

He has worked on ADB assignment in the India Inclusive Tourism Infrastructure Project in the capacity of Tourism Infrastructure Architect as an Individual expert. He worked as a Deputy Team Leader, Advisor Architect Planner for initiating Infrastructure projects and Project Support Services for the upcoming Green field city of Naya Raipur as a Project Support Consultant through IDFC).

He was involved in initialing various Planning and Infrastructure projects for shaping the new City and acting as Project Management consultant in monitoring the World Bank funded BRTS project for the Naya Raipur. He played a critical role in Project structuring of projects at NRDA.

He has also worked as a Deputy Team Leader & Senior Urban Planner in Raipur Development Authority and playing an important role in implementation of Kamal Vihar Project, its selling cycle, initiating new TP scheme project for RDA and monitoring works of the old schemes of RDA.

He was also selected to represent India in the International Urban planning workshop in the at Puebla, Mexico and also was selected as a participant for International Urban Planning workshop at Naya Raipur where he had opportunity to work on Housing strategies & Infrastructure Master plan with participant from across the world to achieve balanced development for both these cities.

Qualification :B.Arch (Nagpur University), M.Tech in Urban Planning (GNDU Amritsar, punjab).

Ar. Sanjeev Latare is registered Architect under COA ,member of AIIA and AITPI carries a total experience of more than 20 years in the field of Architectural Practice and also has experience in education and has taught in undergraduate stream. He Completed his Masters in Urban Planning in year 2001 and participated in various Architectural events and Town Planners Congress and has competed number of Architectural and Town Planning projects.

Ar. M Pradeep kumar

Designation : Assistant Professor

Qualification :B.Arch (NIT Hamirpur, H.P)

Ar. M Pradeep Kumar is registered Architect under COA ,member of AIIA and IIID. Completed his B.Arch from NIT Hamirpur, H.P in 2014. He is into Architecture practice and education since then. He has specialization in Architectural Graphics and Building construction.
